Andrew has been advising clients for over 30 years, including over 25 years specialising in corporate finance. His experience comes from working in a top 4 accountancy firm, and a leading regional corporate finance led firm, before acquiring his own business in 2004. He has advised on the full range and types of transactions throughout his career, and in particular has been an integral part of many clients strategy and success across their whole business journey.
Outside of work, Andrew is a keen tennis player. He is passionate about music, and in particular going to gigs and seeing new bands in Manchester’s music venues. He spends time with the family, both generally and at gigs with them sharing his interest.
David Baggott
Founding Partner
We wanted to create a dynamic and flexible advisory firm to match the fast paced environment of our entrepreneurial clients.
We are able to combine the big deal experience from working in large organisations with a truly partner led approach as part of an independent boutique.
David has over 15 years experience working with owner managed and family businesses, having worked at 3 top 10 UK, and global accounting firms.
He has worked on many transactions covering sell side, buy side, MBOs and debt advisory engagements, and has delivered hundreds of million of value to his clients. He is an FCA qualified accountant primarily covering the Northwest, having also worked in Yorkshire, the Midlands as well as a period in Brisbane, Australia.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family (Catherine, Maeva and Oscar), playing golf and following football.
