Wilde Analysis is a solutions provider and consultancy, providing engineering simulation and risk management software and services. In working with the client on a number of areas over several years, we ultimately advised on the trade disposal to PDSVISION Group, an international buyer.
As part of the trade disposal, we supported with all aspects of negotiations and assessment of key financials including; assistance during the Due Diligence process, supporting with negotiations of the legal documents, assistance with the completion accounts preparation and negotiation, and a focus on the best deal structure for our client.
