This was a long-term partnership initially advising on family succession, which ultimately led to the trade disposal to Manali Petrochemicals Ltd, an international acquiror.

Ultimately the business was sold to an international acquiror, after having significantly improved terms compared to other interested parties through the creation of competitive tension.
